I’ve been cooking professionally for over 40 years. I started in fast food and have worked in a variety of settings, including bars, casual dining, fine dining, hotels, private clubs, and country clubs. In addition to consulting, I also enjoy food blogging and food photography.
Besides learning from some great chefs, I attended Oakland Community College for Culinary Arts.
I am a member of the American Culinary Federation and the Michigan Chefs de Cuisine.
I have been an Executive Chef for over 35 years.
